Hi everyone!
The holidays are over and the possibilities of 2017 are in front of you! Some find that fact daunting or overwhelming and others find it energizing. Perhaps where you fall is based on what mountain you are trying to climb this year.
If the mountain is one that you are not really excited about, perhaps it is not the right one for you. If you are excited but that is all mixed up with fear, maybe there is someone who is interested in climbing that same mountain and you can help each other reach the top.

You may recall from last year that I don’t believe in making New Year’s ‘resolutions’. I do believe in having a vision and setting some goals (but not too many!).
I try to set real, actionable goals that I can take small steps toward achieving every day.
My biggest goal for 2017 is to start writing my next book! I already have the title: The Connector’s Advantage: 7 Mindsets to Grow Your Influence and Impact. Would you read that book?
Notice that I didn’t say finish writing my book. That may be overwhelming. Think about the wording of your goals so they stretch you but don’t scare you off.
So what is your mountain this year? Comment below to share your goals with me — let’s tackle this new year together!

Do you want to be awesome at your job? I want to help you to be!
I was Pete’s guest on How to Be Awesome at Your Job, and we had a great conversation about how to find out what is likable about yourself, and how to convey that to others.
Go listen to the episode HERE to find out how to form your self-perception, how to open yourself up to feedback and how to use curiosity to create connections in conversation. And don’t forget to reply to this email with your feedback!
Nice response in return of this issue with real arguments and
telling everything on the topic of that.
