How nice are you to yourself? Think about how often you put yourself down, are hard on yourself or have negative thoughts? If your friends spoke to you that way, would you be friends?

If this sounds familiar, don’t beat yourself up. It is way too common. In fact, statistics show that nearly 90% of self-talk is negative. It’s easy to fall into a negative outlook without even being aware of it.

It can start with one negative comment. Before we know it, it has grown into something that pollutes our days. And it doesn’t stop there. Negativity grows. It spreads through all aspects of your life and, even worse, to those around you. Negative thinking can lead to health concerns, bad decision and more.
